Cape de Antibes
The Cape de Antibes is set on the French Riviera between Cannes to the west and Nice and Monaco to the east. It soaks up much Mediterranean sun as it juts out into the sea to the south and so has plenty of coastline surrounding. It is on this peninsula that the hotel rests, amid sun, sea, cedar trees and French culture.
As well as the picturesque shores there are other beautiful natural surroundings as well as man-made activities and entertainments. There are mountains nearby, next to the likes of Vence, just off the coast. Incidentally, Vence is home to another hotel from the Oetker collection – the Chateau Saint Martin. Also in the town there is a Matisse decorated chapel and a workshop belonging to the artist.
All around the area there are pine trees and rose bushes which add to the glamour and sense of occasion. It is right at the end of the cape that the hotel lies which itself is home to rose gardens and trees. Other nearby towns and villages include Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, Eze village and Gourdons. And so, there is much to see and do to help you experience something of the regional culture during your time in the south of France.
